Good. A nice choice of clothing and toys. Not as many shoes in my size as I would like to have seen though. Generally the store was pretty tidy and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed from the service when it comes to returns. They make it so difficult and frustrating as experience. I have shopped to many TK Max branches all over but I have never experienced such hostility as in Ashford branch. I am not naming and shaming but they need some training how to deal and be respectful with people with an accent :).
