    Amazing place and staff. I went in wanting a cover up design in memory of my recently deceased fiance. Neo arranged to sketch my design, consult with me at length and book in to make sure it was just right. If anything, it is more beautiful and detailed than I could have imagined. I'm so pleased that I'm going back to extend the tattoo for a real tribute. Hygienic, knowledgeable, highly-skilled artists who are very reasonably priced and flexible.
