  I recently bought a brand new MacBook Pro (Late 2016) and after 3 days it decided it no longer wanted to charge. I had just wiped my PC and moved everything onto the Mac so I hit panic stations as I need it for work. After calling Apple and them telling me that my nearest Genius Bar was Bluewater and they were shut for refurbishment they told me about Iconology who are an approved Apple service company. I gave them a ring and had my laptop in with them the same day. They were brilliant, they tested a few bits whilst I was there but couldn't locate the problem. A few hours later they had discovered it was the power adaptor so ordered me in one. Unfortunately it didn't come in the next day (thanks Apple) but I was desperate to use it for work, so the guys charged up my laptop for me so that I could bring it home and at least get a days use out of it. Now that's great customer service! The charger came in the following day so I was able to pick it up and carry on with my life. Didn't have to pay a penny as it was all in warranty and from now on I would never bother going to Apple direct as these guys are local and clearly know their stuff. Apparently they also sell Apple tech too so may be going back when I need something else shiny! Thanks guys you were awesome!
