  Hi, i just wanted to say that as i was doing my shopping in Dobbies Garden World i saw the Hot Tub Barn. There was a gentlemen called Lee (I think), he was super. Very informative, very kind and polite. He told us everything we needed to know and made us feel at ease! He is a credit to the company! Thank you very much indeed!

  received my monarch hottube last month two guys came to install and endured continuous rain and freezing conditions all day ,but you could not wish to meet two more pleasant and helpful guys .after installing and using until xmas the tube had a minor cloudy water problem ,contacted Lee from hottube barn Ashford Kent to discuss the problem with him ,bare in mind this was the last opening day of the holidays ,not only did he give us advise on the hottube he also called in to see the hottube for himself on his day off ,you don't get after sales service like that very often a big thank you to hottube barn Chelmsford for installing and even bigger thank you to Lee hottube barn Ashford Kent for taking the time and effort while on holiday to visit us
