  Very poor experience. The male members of the bridal party came in to measure for suits and the lady was extremely rude and grumpy, apparently it had been a really hard day. Unfortunately I was not the one that organised in her daily diary. A company owner with as much experience as she claims to have would of been able to realise that booking 2 weddings in at the same time was not going to work. The men from the other party were asked to get changed upstairs whilst walking past the brides. Surely that's not right ? We were have blue suits as my wife had already made her aware of this, we didn't expect to turn up and try on suits that were all different colours, e.g. Black jacket, blue trousers and a beige waist coat. How was my wife meant to get a " feel " for the colour on her wedding day if nothing matched. The lady was extremely rough with our page boy, we have photo evidence of her stern face. Over all a bad experience. Upon collection we asked for the other owner ( her son ) he was very apologetic but was equally as bad on the day. We booked a 6.30pm appointment for 7 men. When I arrived he had the cheek to ask me if I was going to be long as he had football training at 7 in herne bay. Unfortunately he was late for hes football training even with lots of rushing. Should football be more important then perhaps a change of career would be more suitable.!! To top of this brilliant experience we had a complete missing suit and various things missed out of a number of other suits. Generally a bad experience and will not recommend them to anyone.

  After a nightmare looking for suits for my husband to be, going into Bows was a breath of fresh air! Such nice people, really helpful and friendly! And a very good choice of suits to hire, they are displayed very good so its easy to pick what you like and don't like. Would highly recommend!!
